Indo Defence Expo and Forum 2016 was the 7th international expo since 2004.  For 2016, Ministry of Defense as the organizing committee took theme ‘Bolstering Defence Industri Coorperation: Archieving a Global Maritime Fulcrum and Secure World’.

The exhibition which was officially opened by H.E Vice President Jusuf Kalla was held in Jakarta International Expo from 2nd to 5th of November 2016. It was participated by not only domestics but also many exhibitors of various defense and military industries from various countries.  The committee, at the same time and venue, held also Indo Aerospace, Indo Helicopter and Indo Marine which were participated mostly by many multinational and leading foreign military and defense industries.

On the occasion, PT. SOG Indonesia as one of the exhibitors promoted vast array of satellite and radio communications products with leading and prominent brands such as Inmarsat, KVH, SkyWave, Thuraya, Raymarine, Airbus dan Unimo. During the session, SOG got much responses with so many Indonesian military, Police and private company top officers came and stopped by to the SOG booth.
